Sir,
What are the symptoms for sports based hernia. I’m doing abdomen exercises 3x week. I do 14 exercises for 2 sets of 30 reps, is it advisble to do. I feel like my metabolism has increased. How to know whether my muscle is torn or to reduce the exercise frequency for abdomen. Because abdomen muscles are resilient, they don’t get fatigue like other muscle groups?
hi Kamaleswar,
If you do not get any extreme gastric issue or unbearable pain on your stomach – then you do not have any tear or hernia related issue.
Regarding your ab exercise routine – there are clients who train abs every day and some only twice a week.. But the goal of the session would be to work in maximum intensity to gain more benefits with optimal volume.
to kill a guy you need a head shot – not million bullets on his limbs and body….
So i believe you can optimize by choosing right exercise for your body type and maximize the results and strengthen the core completely.
